1. General
All services provided by LegenDraw and this website are subject to these general terms and conditions.

2. Subject of Service
LegenDraw offers an innovative platform that harnesses the power of artificial intelligence to generate character portraits for 5E characters. Users provide a DnDBeyond character link, and our system crafts a unique portrait, bringing the character to life. This service aims to enhance the gaming experience by offering visually appealing representations of characters, tailored to the user's input.

3. User Accounts
To access and use the services of LegenDraw, users are required to create an account. The registration process requires an email address and a password. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

4. Usage Restrictions
Images generated by LegenDraw are for personal use only. Users are prohibited from reselling the image or any variations of it. Any unauthorized commercial use will result in account termination.

5. Payment & Pricing
All payments for services offered by LegenDraw are processed via Stripe. Given the digital nature of the product, where users can preview the product before purchase, no refunds will be provided.

6. Data Usage
LegenDraw stores the user's email address and the character link for the duration the user has an active account. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing the service and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the generated images remain with LegenDraw. Users are granted a license to use the purchased digital product for personal use only.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of the use of LegenDraw services will be settled in Bonn, Germany, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

9. Limitation of Liability
LegenDraw provides digital images and is not liable for any damages or issues arising from their use. The user assumes full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of the images.

10. Termination
LegenDraw reserves the right to block and/or delete a user's account in cases of misuse or non-payment. In such cases, the user will lose access to all previously generated and purchased digital products.

Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the rest of these Terms & Conditions, which will continue in full force and effect.
